Foodbank’s Picnic in the Park Feeds More than Five Thousand

I think that The Lord Jesus would have been proud to be over shadowed by this mob. The annual free lunch program wrapped up 2011 by provided 56,496 lunches this year compared to 26,724 last year. That's quite an achievement! Part of a network of Picnics in the Park the Idaho Foodbank incorperates Winstead Park, Ivywild Park and Redwood Park. Teddy Bear Picnic and Tree Climbing

Bears are not the only ones that climb trees. Even at Teddy Bear Picnic one come to appreciate that it not all about the Teddy bears. Some times the call of the wiled is just too strong for little boys and they just have to climb that tree. New Twist on Teddy Bears Picnic

This is definitely not the way you want to have a picnic. On this occasion forget about any idea of cute teddy bears. In ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) there was such an abundant acorn crop that it was drawing a completely different abundant crop of hungry bears. The Cibola National Forest Saturday closed the Sulphur Springs Picnic area to public access. I think that it was probably a good idea Don't you!
