Almost all species of coffee trees can be classified in two standard groups. Though there are certain more varieties of each group, separating them into these two main categories make it clear to understand the real difference between gourmet and average coffee. Putting it simply, high standard mixes includes one hundred percent Arabica beans while lesser quality, inexpensive blends may include partly or one hundred percent Robusta beans.
